Your Dedicated Inspector
Rory started Big Canyon in 2018 after fifteen successful years as an educator and coach. He is an Insured & Certified Professional Inspector with a Masters Degree and a member in good standing with The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI); the world’s most elite, non-profit inspection association. Rory’s passion for individualized education will provide a greater in-depth qualitative analysis of your current or future home!
What We Provide
Big Canyon inspects and provides ancillary services from the Wyoming border, down through Northern Colorado and up in the Rocky Mountains. Home buyers, sellers, or existing real estate owners and renters are our primary contacts when dealing with a residential inspection. Our inspection reports are thorough, detailed, and easy-to-read and will provide you with the necessary tools and expertise in making quality decisions regarding your property.

Rory adheres to the Standards of Practice and abide by a strict and specific Code of Ethics set by InterNACHI. Each year, he is required to complete additional continuous education to better refine his skills and techniques as a home inspector. Furthermore, the inspection tools we use are top-of-the-line, including the use of Thermal Imaging with every inspection. This technology will provide you as a client with a higher quality report and accuracy during the inspection.
