Big Canyon Home Inspections is an Internachi Certified Home Inspection company and adheres to the Internachi Covid-19 Safety Guidelines. Health and Safety for our clients and real estate professionals is our TOP priority. Rest assured, our staff are following the CDC recommended virus avoidance guidelines, and ask that our community do the same. Here are some preventative strategies we are strictly adhering to for every home inspection:

1. Sanitation of Tools and Equipment before and after the inspection
2. Use of PPE Equipment (latex free gloves, face mask, and shoe covers)
3. Practice social distancing strategies with a 6 foot minimum distance
4. Minimize contact of surfaces of each home inspected
5. Sanitation of hands and other exposed body areas

During this time, we understand if our clients and real estate professionals prefer not to attend the home inspection. Big Canyon will provide a thorough inspection review during or after the inspection via a phone conference, FaceTime, Zoom, or any other communication platform that is preferred. Efficient communication will continue to be performed at the highest quality for everyone.
